1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nustargame ("nustargame," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the nustargame website located at nustargame.pro and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any nustargame service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on nustargame. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustargame login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nustargame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). nustargame supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nustargame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• nustargame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on nustargame are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nustargame and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to nustargame support and are subject to forfeiture.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nustargame Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of nustargame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the nustargame Platform without prior written consent from nustargame.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nustargame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

nustargame does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond nustargame's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

nustargame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nustargame account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

nustargame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

13. Governing Law
